At Monument Valley Safari, we welcome every guest the way we would welcome family. Guided by the Navajo way of Hózhó – living in balance, kindness and harmony – we want your experience with us to feel easy and caring from the moment you book until long after you leave.

If your plans change for any reason, just let us know. We will gladly give you a full refund, no matter how much or how little notice you are able to give. Simply call or email us, and we’ll take care of everything.

If we ever need to cancel a tour because of weather, road conditions, or something else beyond our control, we will offer you a full refund or help you reschedule at no extra cost.
